General Overview
The overview page shows how many tickets that have been purchased, how much realized, how much is paid out and how much is left.
Payment Requisties
Spotix allows you to request your event payouts to be in cash. You ideally would need something called a Pay Id and your Booker Verification Tag (BVT). Payout via cash is only available to a few bookers on Spotix. You may send a mail to [email protected] to request this.
Burden of Fee Settings
Spotix allows you to control who pays the fees in the platform. Read more on it here. The burden of fee settings allows you to customize who pays what. You may decide to cover one part of the fees while the buyer covers the other part or just shift the burden on the buyers. The choice is yours.
Ticket Purchase pattern
Spotix shows you the purchase pattern of your attendees in graphs. The graph ideally has 2 types. On graph shows you the overall daily pattern of purchase in your event while the other shows you the breakdown of the various ticket types that have been sold.
Linked Polls
Spotix supports creating of polls. You may create a poll and bind that poll to your event. Your attendees will see this poll on your event page when they want to get tickets. You can disconnect the poll from the polls page.
Virtual Queue Notice
Spotix virtual queue creates a digital waiting room for attendees. If your event is a high traffic event, the virtual queue may be automatically set for you. The queue admits a certain number of people to buy ticket at a time. This avoids bots that scrape tickets and give everyone a fair shot at getting tickets. Learn more.
